About RK PR
Founder and Director Reetu Kabra is an award-winning, London-based publicist with over 20 years’ experience in arts and entertainment. She has worked in-house for renowned media companies including the BBC and BBC Studios, UKTV, Discovery Networks and Penguin Random House and has managed publicity for television shows, feature films, channel brands, radio stations, home entertainment products and book launches and with some of the world’s most established actors, writers, filmmakers and production houses.

Since launching RK PR in 2017 Reetu works as a unit publicist for major international clients including Disney, Apple TV+, Netflix, Starz and Sky among others. Primarily based in London, she has also managed productions across the world including projects shot in Italy, Jamaica, Germany and Greece. Within a unit publicity brief she covers talent relations, EPK and social content capture, press visits, photography, marketing shoots and everything else in between - creating space for filmmakers to bring their stories to life. Recent work has included Fightland - a brand new crime thriller set in the world of British boxing and executive produced by 50 Cent and the Cannes Series 2026 winner Alice & Steve - an original '“wrong-com” for Disney+ starring Nicola Walker and Jemaine Clement. As well as unit publicity, Reetu also works with boutique roster of personal clients including the multi award-winning Mark Gatiss and rising South Asian stars Anjli Mohindra and Ambreen Razia to build personal profile and industry recognition.
During her time at the BBC she handled global publicity for the internationally acclaimed Doctor Who and Sherlock as well as other major BBC dramas including War & Peace, Luther and Wolf Hall. In 2017, she managed the Cannes Film Festival publicity campaign for Top of the Lake: China Girl (written and directed by Jane Campion) – the first television series to receive its global premiere at the festival.
As well as a thorough knowledge of the UK media landscape, she has particular expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder, global campaigns and integrating earned media with marketing and digital and social to ensure projects can generate cross-platform buzz in today’s fast-paced entertainment business.
